Hanyul rebuilt its mugwort line around mugwort leaf water and dexpanthenol, with a bubble-foam serum.

Hanyul launched its Artemisia-Panthenol Intensive Repair line in Korea, announced on September 30, 2026, as a renewal of its older young-mugwort range. Mugwort leaf water from Korea's Hwanghae region is the first ingredient, paired with dexpanthenol.

There are two products. The Capsule Cream lists 36% mugwort leaf water and 2% dexpanthenol, plus five ceramides. The Bubble Serum comes out of the bottle as a fine foam of tiny bubbles and lists 77% mugwort leaf water and 6% dexpanthenol. In Korea you can find both at Aritaum and Olive Young stores, Amore Mall and Hanyul's Naver store.

Artemisia Soothing Gel Cream

Hanyul's Artemisia Soothing Gel Cream comes from the same Artemisia (mugwort) family as the brand's new panthenol line in Korea. It is a 55 ml gel-cream moisturizer, sold on Amazon by HANYUL Official. The listing names Ganghwa artemisia extract and cica (centella asiatica) as the key ingredients and describes the formula as vegan and non-comedogenic. The texture is a light, bouncy gel cream, and it is used as the last step of a skincare routine, after toner and serum.
