This is Samyang's 2X Spicy Buldak hot chicken flavor ramen; the Amazon listing is five 4.94 oz (140 g) packs. Samyang America gives the same directions as for the original: boil 2 1/2 cups of water, cook 5 minutes, keep 1/2 cup of water, drain the rest, stir-fry with the sauce for 30 seconds and add the flakes. Samyang lists wheat, soy and sesame as allergens and ambient storage. Our note: try the original first if you're unsure which to buy.

Why it's popular

  • The Buldak US site lists Buldak sauces, tteokbokki, wide glass noodles, mac and cheese and dumplings beyond the ramen. Buldak US ↗
