This is Samyang's original Buldak hot chicken flavor ramen, five packs on Amazon. Samyang America's directions: boil 2 1/2 cups (20 oz) of water, cook the noodles for 5 minutes, keep 1/2 cup (4 oz) of the water and drain the rest, add the sauce and stir-fry for 30 seconds, then add the flakes. Samyang lists wheat, soy and sesame as allergens and ambient storage. Samyang America also sells a 2X Spicy version with the same directions on its page.

Why it's popular

  • The Buldak US site lists Buldak sauces, tteokbokki, wide glass noodles, mac and cheese and dumplings beyond the ramen. Buldak US ↗
